請每一學生獨立填寫一份「報名表」、「同意醫療免責表」，並連同$200支票，於2011年8月28日前寄回 Chinese Baptist Church Chinese School, 900 Brogden Road, Houston, TX 77024 或在開學禮當日報名。
Mail-in registration can be done by sending the completed "Registration Form" and "Consent/Medical Release Form" for each student, with a payment of $200, to: Chinese Baptist Church Chinese School, 900 Brogden Road, Houston, TX 77024 before August 28, 2011. In-person registration can be done on the first day of school.

School Regulations

1. 上課時間: 主日下午一時三十分至三時四十五分
集會時間: 下午一時三十分至一時四十五分
小息時間: 下午二時三十分至三時正 (分兩班，各十五分鐘)
School Time: 1:30 - 3:45 pm (Sunday)
Chapel Time: 1:30 - 1:45 pm
Recess: 2:30 - 3:00 pm (2 sessions by class, 15 minutes each)

請各同學準時參予集會，凡遲到或早退三次或以上，都作一次缺課論。若有缺課將不被頒發勤到獎。
Students should attend the chapel time punctually. Three 15-minute being tardy or early departures or a combination of such will be counted as one absence.

2. 每學年共分秋季與春季兩學期，每學年學生缺課不得超過六次，否則將不能升班。學生若有要事或因病缺課，請務必向班主任請假。
Each school year shall consist of a fall semester and a spring semester. At the beginning of each semester, a school calendar will be given to each student. For each school year, no more than six absences are allowed for each student in order to be promoted to the next grade. Students should notify their homeroom teacher giving the reason he/she will be unable to attend the class.

3. 二零一一至二零一二年度學費為200元，學費包括課本、習作簿、書法簿、教材、勞作和其他活動費及新生可獲贈書包一個。每一家庭第三名以上報名者可享有折扣優惠。請於開學前或開學當日註冊並繳交學費，繳交之學費恕不退還。
Tuition for the year 2011-2012 shall be $200. This payment includes all necessary textbooks, exercise books, craft materials and other supplementary materials. New student will be given a Chinese School bag. A discount will be offered to families with more than two students who are actively attending the CBC Chinese School. Tuition and fees are payable on or before the beginning of each semester and are non-refundable.

4. 請請各位家長留意學校所派發的通告督促貴子弟完成各項作業。
Parents are urged to check school notice after each class and ensure that the students finish their homework assignment properly.

5. 學生如有遺失課本、習作或書包，必須向校務處另行購買。
Students will be responsible for replacing any lost textbooks or supplies. Textbooks and supplies can be purchased at the Chinese School Office.
